OLLI Fitness Summer Zoom Class

This course will feature low impact aerobics and strength
training to improve physical fitness, cardio respiratory
endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body
composition. A typical class format is warm up, aerobic
exercise, weight training, core training, cool down and
stretching. Class is fun yet challenging! Designed for all fitness
levels from beginner to seasoned exercisers!
Required Materials: Water bottle, weights and yoga mat.
