can take additional steps to protect your privacy and prevent
hackers from stealing your passwords, credit card numbers,
Identity, and more. These are steps that all Mac users should
take to safeguard their personal data. This is a hands-on class.
Students will be directed to check settings, ensure their machine
is secure, and possibly use a password manager. A VPN (Virtual
Private Network) will be discussed to make their Mac as secure
as possible. Should you run anti-virus software on a Mac? We'll
give you tips and let students decide whether it's worth the cost.
We will also discuss setting up multiple accounts on a Mac if you
share the machine with another person.
